Sophie and Robert used examples from their experience in building a text-mining service within the WheatIS system.
Presenters:
Sophie Aubin works at the Scientific and Technical Information Department of INRA where she leads vocabulary management and information analysis services for researchers. Sophie holds a Master in computational linguistics. She is participating in the H2020 OpenMinTeD and the eRosa projects, and is co-chairing the Agrisemantics working group in the Research Data Alliance.
Robert Bossy is a senior research engineer with the Bibliome team at INRA. His domains of interest are text-mining and natural language processing applied to biology and food sciences. Robert is the main developer of AlvisNLP/ML, an automatic corpus processing software integrated to the OpenMinTeD infrastructure.
