The Coolidge Scholarship is an annually awarded, full-ride, presidential scholarship that covers a student’s tuition, room, board, and expenses for four years of undergraduate study. The Coolidge Scholarship may be used by recipients at any accredited college or university in the United States. Anyone of any background, pursuing any academic discipline of study, may apply to this non-partisan, need-blind, program.
Students apply for the Coolidge Scholarship during their junior year of high school. Seniors in high school are NOT eligible to apply. Finalists are flown in for a finalist weekend at the Coolidge Historic Site in Plymouth Notch, Vermont where they interview with the Coolidge Scholars Finalist Jury. Recipients of the Coolidge Scholarship are notified of their award late in their junior year, before college application. Finalists who are not named Coolidge Scholars are eligible to receive a smaller, one-time, college scholarship.
The application requires candidates to read President Coolidge's Autobiography and a few other readings and then write three essays. Don't delay...start today!

Cy-Fair Educational Foundation (CFEF) provides higher education scholarships to graduating seniors of Cy-Fair ISD. CFEF is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering today’s students and tomorrow’s leaders through higher education.
Since their founding in 1970, CFEF has provided over $13.4 million in scholarships to CFISD graduates!
This scholarship opportunity has TWO deadlines! In order to be considered for any CFEF scholarship, you must meet both deadlines.

Cy-Fair Educational Foundation (CFEF) has changed their financial document requirements!!
Instead of the FAFSA Submission Summary, CFEF is now requiring TWO COPIES of page 1 & 2 of your parents most recent federal tax return (IRS Form 1040 or 1040EZ).
The new deadline for this requirement is Monday, Feb. 2nd. If you have any questions, please direct them to CFEF at 281-370-0144.
NOTE: You DO NOT need to order your transcript for the CFEF scholarship. Mrs. Marks will provide a list of CFEF applicants to our Registrar's office and they'll print your 2 official transcripts free of charge.
In 2026, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ (the “Show”) will award 350 four-year, $20,000 Houston Area Scholarships to outstanding students graduating from Houston-area public school districts in Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery and Waller Counties.
All recipients of Show scholarships must demonstrate academic potential, citizenship/leadership and financial need, and they must attend a Texas college or university.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To be eligible to apply for, or to be awarded, a Houston Area Scholarship, an applicant must:
1. Be a citizen of the United States. If the applicant’s transcript reflects a place of birth other than the United States, appropriate proof of citizenship must be furnished (i.e., a copy of the photo page of a valid U. S. passport, a copy of Naturalization Certificate or a birth certificate for U. S. Citizen Born Abroad). Applications submitted without proof of citizenship will not be considered. Students with permanent resident status are not eligible to apply.
2. Be a Texas resident.
3. Attend an approved private, charter or public high school in one of the Houston-area school districts in Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller Counties.
4. Be a graduating senior in the 2025-2026 academic year.
5. Score at least a 950 on SAT or a 19 on ACT. A copy of official documentation of SAT/ACT scores (with the student’s full name visible for verification) must be submitted with the application. SAT score must be comprised of total points from the critical reading and mathematics sections of the test. Highest scores from each of these sections may be combined from different test dates to calculate total score. No updated test scores or academic scores or rankings will be accepted after the application due date.
6. Be ranked in the top half (1/2) of the graduating class, at the completion of the first semester of the senior year. This ranking is to be verified as a part of the official transcript or by an accompanying certification from an appropriate school official.
7. Have made formal application to enroll with intent to attend an accredited, not-for-profit Texas college or university (accredited by The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges) and participate in a curriculum leading to a bachelor’s degree. Strictly online colleges and universities, even if they are not-for-profit, are not permitted.

High school seniors (male & female) residing in the Cy-Fair ISD area are eligible for CWC scholarships. The funds for CWC scholarships are generated from their annual Shop 'til You Drop Marketplace fundraiser, generous sponsors as well as other year-round CWC fundraising efforts. As a non-profit, service-oriented organization, CWC scholarships have a special focus on the community service work done by applicants. Grades and extracurricular activities are also taken into account.
Twenty $2000 scholarships will be awarded to CFISD area students this year.
SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA:
The Cy-Fair Women's Club is offering college scholarships to seniors (both male and female) who reside in Cypress Fairbanks ISD boundaries and are graduating at any CFISD high school, home school or private school -- and plan to attend, on a full-time basis, an accredited two or four-year college, university or technical school. Applicants must have taken the SAT or ACT or a college placement tests (Compass, Asset or THEA will be accepted) and passed all parts of the STAAR test (or the equivalent thereof).
The Cy-Fair Women’s Club is dedicated to helping the community through fundraising for worthwhile organizations who serve others. Successful candidates for our scholarship should demonstrate a strong commitment to serve others, as well as academic achievements, involvement in their school, leadership qualities, and personal character. The primary focus of this scholarship is to award students who give back to their community through community service.
The application is a WORD document. Our preference is that you type the application and email your completed application to scholarship@cyfairwomensclub.org. Handwriting the application is discouraged. Application must be submitted via email NO LATER THAN Monday, February 2, 2026, and the following must be emailed by Monday, February 2, 2026:
1. An official school transcript emailed from the school to scholarship@cyfairwomensclub.org. When ordering your transcript online, add this email address in the "Special Instructions" box and ask for it to be emailed to the CWC Scholarship Committee.
2. SAT, ACT or TSI scores. The student may email a copy of his/her original test scores if the school does not include the scores with the transcript (most schools do not include scores).
2. Two (2) references, one from a teacher, counselor, or coach and the other from a community leader such as minister, employer, etc. No relatives please. The letter should include the reference’s title, their relationship to the applicant, and how long they have known the applicant. The letter should contain a general evaluation and comments on specific strengths, special talents/abilities and/or leadership skills of the applicant. The reference can email the letter to scholarship@cyfairwomensclub.org.
IT IS THE STUDENT’S OBLIGATION TO SUBMIT A COMPLETE APPLICATION. STUDENTS CAN SEND AN EMAIL REQUESTING CONFIRMATION OF SUBMITTAL TO THE EMAIL BELOW.

The Executive Women International Scholarship Program is an annual, competition-based program which awards college scholarship money each year to qualifying high school seniors. Judges select winning students based on their scholastic achievement, leadership qualities, good citizenship, and extracurricular activities. EWI believes that the EWISP Program will positively impact the personal life, employment, family, and community of the applicant.

The EWISP Scholarship is a non-discriminatory, educational scholarship program for the benefit of traditional students pursuing an associates, bachelor's or master's degree, or certification program in a specific career path.
High school seniors enrolled in a public, private, charter, parochial, or home school located within the boundaries of a participating EWI Chapter (Cy Ranch HS fits this criteria).
Plans to pursue a degree at an accredited post-secondary institution
Demonstrated financial need
Minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale
Have contributed to their community as demonstrated by their involvement in extracurricular activities, employment, civic or volunteer activities.
Finalists will be notified and invited to attend EWISP's Scholarship Awards Banquet on the evening of Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Each Spring, the George and Mary Josephine Hamman Foundation awards seventy (70) scholarships to Houston area high school seniors for undergraduate study. The award is $25,000, disbursed over four years (or until the student graduates, if earlier), provided the recipient conforms to the requirements set forth in the award. The recipient may select any major at any four year college or university in the United States.
Scholarship applications may be submitted during the student’s senior year in high school. Students may complete our scholarship forms online (see link below) after September 15th of their senior year. Do not submit an application before you take the SAT or ACT. To be eligible for the scholarship, you must have a minimum SAT composite score of 1000 (on the Math and Reading/Writing portions combined), and/or an ACT composite score of 21. All SAT and/or ACT scores must be from the same test date.
A number of finalists will be selected from the applications received and will be invited for an interview. They will subsequently be notified in writing/email if they will or will not receive a Hamman Scholarship. If a student is not invited in for a personal interview by March 15, they may assume that they are not a finalist and no correspondence will be forthcoming from the Foundation.
ELIGIBILITY:
High School Seniors after the start of their senior year.
Houston area high school seniors who attend schools or are homeschooled in the following eight counties: Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery or Waller.
Students who are citizens of the United States. Students with Permanent Resident status are not eligible.
The Scholarships are awarded based on academics and financial need.

The RPWP Educational Foundation awards $2500 scholarships each year to graduating seniors in the CyFair, Spring Branch, and Tomball Independent School Districts with a 2.5 GPA or higher who will attend college in the Fall. In 2025, they awarded 23 students financial scholarships for the 2025/2026 school year, totaling $41,000.

The College Board has launched a new scholarship program with $5 million of scholarships each year, beginning with the class of 2020.
The more effort you put in, the more opportunities you have to earn a scholarship. Complete all six steps, and you’re eligible to earn $40,000. Scholarships will be awarded through monthly drawings to students who complete each action. Each step has an individual deadline. See website for details.
