Financial Partners

Microsoft advocates for the promotion of digital skills, including computer science programs and recognizes the importance of the creation of tech startups. TechSpark provides monetary and technical support to the CSTEY Brown County Pilot. Its Microsoft TEALS computer science curriculum is empowering teachers throughout the State of Wisconsin to promote computer science in the classroom. They also partner with the Green Bay Packers to help grow new businesses in Northeast Wisconsin through their TitletownTech initiative.

The American Family Dreams Foundation, Inc supports communities they serve by offering grants to eligible non-profit organizations in alignment with its dedication to Life Long Learning. Their generous funding allows the important work of this project to continue.

In 2017, David and Rita Nelson made one of the largest gifts in Wisconsin’s history. Part of their estate is now supporting CSTEY’s work in alignment with their posthumous interest in supporting education.

The Technology Education and Literacy in Schools (TEALS) Program partners with high schools to build teacher capacity and student interest in computer science with the goal of enabling schools to sustain equitable CS programs on their own.


Code.org logo

Code.org® is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to computer science in schools and increasing participation by young women and students from other underrepresented groups. Our vision is that every student in every school has the opportunity to learn computer science as part of their core K-12 education.


Rising Phoenix Early College High School is an innovative collaboration between UW-Green Bay and the Computer Science Talent Ecosystem Youth (CSTEY) program to provide high school students an opportunity to get a head start on college and gain knowledge and skills in computer science. Students will have the opportunity to earn their high school diploma and a two-year Associate of Arts and Sciences degree with an emphasis in Computer Science at graduation.

The Wisconsin CSTA (Computer Science Teachers Association) has been developing the computer science community over the past 10 years. Their site aims to be the focal point for all things computer science within Wisconsin. They share ideas and lessons through meetings and by creating sessions about computer science in various venues.
