Phase 1 Goals

  • Train 100 Teachers in Code.org curricula and Microsoft TEALS program and curriculum

  • Strategic CSforALL Resource & Implementation Planning Tool (SCRIPT) Curriculum Process applied to all participating schools

  • Support and train 25 school counselors to support the coding and computer science career pathway

  • All participating high schools implementing Microsoft TEALS

  • 50 coding or computer science apprenticeships identified and filled for 20-21 school year

  • Survey districts to identify student experiences at each grade level in coding and computer science to compare against base survey of 2019-20

Phase 2 Goals

  • Train 500 Teachers in Code.org curricula and Microsoft TEALS program and curriculum

  • SCRIPT curriculum process applied to all participating schools with all students at all grade levels experiencing coding and computer science.

  • Support and train an additional 30 school counselors to support the coding and computer science career pathway

  • All participating high schools implementing Microsoft TEALS program and curriculum

  • 100 coding or computer science apprenticeships identified and filled for 2021-22 school year

  • Begin to expand the Ecosystem - Brown County Pilot to CESA 7 districts

  • Survey districts to identify student experiences at each grade level in coding and computer science to compare against base survey of 2019-20 and 2020-22

Phase 3 Goals

  • Train 500 Teachers in Code.org curricula and Microsoft TEALS program and curriculum

  • SCRIPT curriculum process applied to all participating schools with all students at all grade levels experiencing coding and computer science.

  • All participating high schools implementing Microsoft TEALS

  • 200 coding or computer science apprenticeships identified and filled for 2022-23 school year

  • Begin to expand the Ecosystem - Brown County Pilot to the rest of the State of Wisconsin via participating CESA’s

  • Survey districts to identify student experiences at each grade level in coding and computer science to compare against base survey of 2019-20, 2021-22, and 2021-22
