Kinesthetic learners are your hands on learners. Kinesthetic learners remember infornmation and concepts easier by touching and doing. Kinesthetic learners also may find themselves taking things apart and putting them back together, and may have difficulty sitting still due to the need to move around. Kinesthetic learners also communicate by touching, and may often express graditude or affection with physical encounters (such as a pat on the back!) (EduPlanner, 2022)

Kinesthetic learners may learn better when they:
Participate in activities that involve touching, building, moving, or drawing.
Take frequent breaks during reading or studying periods (frequent, but not long).
Use a computer (or other device) to reinforce learning through the sense of touch.
And remember... It's okay to tap a pencil, shake your foot, or hold on to something while learning!
