Dear CG Students & Families,
The CGHS School Counseling team wanted to reach out and let you know what resources are available to you during the next three weeks.
Monday, March 16th from 10 am to 1pm families in need of food are welcome to go to Sugar Grove Elementary to pick up some supplies. It is first come, first served. It is a drive through service, too!
Thursday and Friday are CG's E-Learning days. Counselors and Teachers will be available through email from 9:00-11:00 am and then again from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm. Students should contact their counselor or the school social worker if they have questions about resources, schedules, transcripts, etc. Please note: Any questions pertaining to canvas & E-Learning should be directed to your students Subject Teacher.
Visit this website for any resources your family may need. This webite, Connect 2 Help, offers resources varying from food, mental heatlh support, medical, etc.
Connect 2 Help also has the number for the Suicide Prevention hotline. If you or someone you know is dealing with a crisis, you can also text the crisis text hotline.
Our student group, Bring Change 2 Mind, also is offering a 30 Day Yoga Challenge to keep up on self-care. Visit the Challenge HERE.
Your CGHS School Counseling Team hopes that you are able to find some enjoyment the next few weeks during your Spring Break. Stay Healthy!
Take Care,
CGHS Counselors
