El pasado día 5 de junio, nuestros estudiantes de 2º de Educación Primaria, tuvieron laoportunidad de disfrutar de la Convivencia Bilingüe Intercentros que se celebró en Cella. A

ella asistieron los centros educativos de Las Viñas (Teruel), La Fuenfresca (Teruel), NuestraSeñora del Pilar (Monreal del Campo) y el CEIP Astrónomo Zarzoso, que este año era el anfitrión.

Previo a la convivencia, los estudiantes una vez al trimestre, intercambiaban postales con los estudiantes de los otros centros para conocerse un poco más de cara a este día. Ese

día, l@s niñ@s, tuvieron la oportunidad de continuar con su aprendizaje y de demostrar lo aprendido previamente sobre USA, a través de diferentes actividades y talleres en los alrededores de la Fuente de Cella. Jugaron al Trivial, al Dodgeball y a algunos juegos tradicionales americanos. También participaron en un Escape Room, hicieron una manualidad sobre los nativos americanos y bailaron la conocida canción “Old Macdonald Had a Farm”.

El lenguaje utilizado durante todo el día fue el inglés, para así favorecer el aprendizaje y uso del mismo en situaciones reales de la vida cotidiana como es la relación con sus iguales.

On June 5, our students in the 2 nd year of Primary Education had the opportunity to enjoy the Intercenter Bilingual Coexistence Day that was held in Cella. It was attended by the schools of Las Viñas (Teruel), La Fuenfresca (Teruel), Nuestra Señora del Pilar (Monreal del Campo) and the CEIP Astrónomo Zarzoso, which was the host this year.

Prior to the Coexistence Day, the students exchanged postcards with their pen pals to get to know each other before this day.That day , children had the opportunity to continue their learning and to demonstrate what they had previously learned about the USA, through different activities and workshops in the surroundings of the Fountain of Cella. They played Trivia, a Break-out, Dodgeball and traditional American games. They also did a craft about the Native Americans and danced the well-known song “Old Macdonald Had a Farm”,

English was the language used throughout the day, to promote communication in real daily-life situations, such as the relationship with their peers.
