Plaster, Yarn, Baseball sticker, Wire,Paint, Elmer's Glue
My inspiration is that I drew this picture from the first home run that I hit two years ago, it is very important to me because when I hit the home run everyone on my team went crazy also my parents did. So I was very excited when I hit the ball I was thinking “go ball go ball.” That is why I named my plaster mask “Home Run”. The process went first from a Macdonald's salad bowl, next I put three layers of plaster, after all of it dried, next I painted the mask white, then after I put wire as my bat and put plaster over it then painted that black then it dried, Next I put yarn for the seams of the and I used tiny yarn on top of the yarn, Next I put baseball as the eyes and on the bat I put Easton it is a bat brand. The challenge I had was putting on the small seams, which I had a friend help me with it, then it took forever to dry because of how small the yarn pieces were. The most risk I took was the wire because when I put the plaster on the wire it would fall off so I was nervous about it falling, but I put a lot of plaster on it and it finally stayed up. I like the most is the ball because when I hit a home run I got to keep the baseball, The thing I would change is I would make baseball bats coming out of his eyes like he is crying and I would say “ There is no crying in baseball.”

Paper, Ruler, Graphite, Easer,
My work is an inspiration to me because I love baseball because of my whole life, I play it every weekend in the summer hot or cold. I created a locker room because I want to play baseball in college and I am creating how it would be like in college and playing at a higher level and compete. The challenges I had was these stools to put on the paper and the top of the stool because the stool needed to be facing the varnish point so it looked like a 1d room, how I solved it was I practiced it on another paper so many times, then I got it and it looks great, another problem was the hanger and the jersey because the jersey got smaller every time. The creative risks I toke was that putting on the jersey on the hanger was a risk because if I don’t have jerseys on it would be blank and boring but that was a good risk I toke to make it have more detail. The thing I most liked was how I put lines in each of the lockers because it looks better because they can now put their cleats on the selves. I would change the floor to carpet to a checker pattern.

Clay,Glaze
My inspiration for my work is that I like the colors from the face because I like to use clay and it has the same color eyes as I do, the process was the that first, we sketched it in are sketchbook first then we made the face then we put 3 layers of colors of each of the colors then we fired it. The problem was that I had a crack in the middle of the face but I painted and when it came out it did not show as much. Some risk I took was that I had a line in the middle of my head and I think if I pressed harder it would have been spilt in half. The most thing I like about my face is that the color on my nose because at first there was just lumped on my face and they look good after it came out of the fire. I would have changed that the background color of my nose would be the back of the face.

Yarn, String
It is an inspiration to me because it used my favorite color because the colors are used in my daily life because I wear them on my shoes or even clothes. The process was first you would have to string the cardboard then you have to get yarn and then you take the yarn and weave, then when you are done you cut two strings then you would tie them together, some problems I made was the first part was hard because I could not weave as good from when I was almost done. Something I learned was a piece a yarn was to thick. The thing I liked was that I liked the colors from the colors I chose because they combined together and it looked really good. The thing I would change would be I would have talso with multiple colors.
