Review Current Snapshot Form
The recorder will utilize the guidance document to facilitate and record key takeaways to share with the group.
Each member will get a PDF copy to highlight, write on, and adjust for next year.
One Final Mark-UP copy will be shared with the Academic Services Team for Form Adjustment

Assign Roles To Move Through The Protocol:
Facilitator - Moves the team along
Recorder - Records the observations of the team
Timer - Makes sure the team is on time to finish
Speaker - Shares with others the results of the teamwork
Includer - Ask questions and include all members
NCEES and Snapshot Schedule
Evaluation & Snapshot Schedule
Each team will get a copy of a calendar Evaluation Schedule
The team will review team strengths and consider possible allies to use during snapshot completion
Fill in the calendar with your planning discussion results
Return a copy to Nikki
