• Login to the new mail system: http://ncku.edu.tw

  • Input student ID as account.

  • The password is same as Cheng Kung portal.

  • If you need to browse old mail, please connect to the old mail system (http://oldmail.ncku.edu.tw).

  • The old mail system only provides browsing old mails and unable to send and receive new mails. Please use the new mail system to send and receive new mails.

• Graduated students: System will automatically delete the email account half a year after graduation.

Please complete the backup of important data before the half-year buffer period expires.

• • The actual account deletion date shall be based on the "Notification Letter of Cheng Kung Portal Account Deletion".
