What are the ACT and SAT?
The ACT and SAT is an entrance exam used by most colleges and universities to make admissions decisions. It is a multiple-choice, pencil-and-paper test. The purpose of the ACT and SAT test are to measure a high school student's readiness for college, and provide colleges with one common data point that can be used to compare all applicants.
What is a good score?
What makes a good score for you personally is based on the colleges you are interested in. Hopefully, you have some colleges in mind, even if you think you might change it later. Compare your practice test score with the average scores of students at that college.

SAT/ACT Fee Waiver
ACT/SAT fee waivers are available to low-income 11th and 12th grade students which allow students to take the SAT or ACT free of charge.
If you are eligible, you may use a maximum of two separate fee waivers in total. The waiver is used once you register, even if you do not test on the requested test date.
