transfering programs onto the controller from a networked computer

The Syntec controller is networked onto the campus network and it may be accessed by other machines on the network.  In order to drop .nc files onto the machine, you must first add the controller as a 'network place'.  This will then list the shared folder in your list of drives on your PC.  

1. Open up a Windows Explorer window and right-click on the computer name in the left pane

2. Choose 'Add a network location'

3. Click 'Next' twice and enter the following to the network address field: ftp://129.22.141.146 and click 'Next'

4. Ensure that the 'Log on anonymously' field is checked and click 'Next'

5. Enter 'Laguna CNC' as the name field and click 'Next'
