Turn the master power switch clockwise on front door of the Control Cabinet
If necessary, release the emergency stop switch under the screen on the Control Cabinet by spinning the switch in the clockwise direction until it pops out
To turn the machine on, turn the controller power key (clockwise) under the screen on the Control Cabinet
Allow the machine to boot
While the machine is booting, turn the blue handle on yellow air line behind the back left corner of the machine on the wood-clad wall

If necessary, clear the Alarm screen by using the mouse to click on the back arrow [<] in the lower-left corner of the screen
Ensure that there are no obstacles in the path of the gantry and spindle - the machine will move automatically to the corner closest to the control cabinet (lower left) to establish the home position. Raise the Z position if necessary, or remove fixtures and materials from the CNC Router
Homing is slow. Move the Gantry near the lower left corner to do this faster. See Moving the Gantry to learn how
Click the [HOME] button along the top of the screen
Click the green [CYCLE START] button along the bottom of the screen
Verify that the X, Y, Y2, and Z positions read 0.000 on the screen
Click the [MAIN] button on the right side of the screen
Click the [SPINDLE PREHEAT] button.
The machine will spindle will run at increasing RPM over the course of 4 minutes.
This should be done whenever the machine has been sitting idle for more than 2 hours.
If you are unsure if the machine is warmed up, run the routine.
