How long have you been a member of the GATE program?
I have been a member since the beginning of last year
What extracurriculars are you involved with?
I am a part of the National Honor Society at Carlynton
What is your favorite class/teacher?
My favorite class currently is trigonometry and my favorite teacher is currently Mr. Trombetta
Who has inspired you the most?
My best friend Brooke has inspired me the most. No matter what she’s been through, she never lets it stop her from what she wants to do.
How has the GATE program helped you?
The GATE program has opened up possibilities and opportunities that I otherwise would not have had.
Stranded Island people
I would choose my little brother and my mom. They are the two most important people in my life. They bring the fun, and love to any and all situations
Advice for the younger GATE students
Always be proud of your own accomplishments no matter how big or how small; don’t stoop to the level of kids that try to bring you down over your accomplishments.

How long have you been in GATE?
I have been in the GATE program since 2nd grade.
What extracurriculars are you involved in?
I play volleyball during the fall.
What is you favorite class/teacher?
I have always enjoyed science classes, including Biology with Mr. Palonis and science 8 with Mrs. Fusan
How has the GATE program helped you the most?
The GATE program has helped me gain new experiences and knowledge about topics i’m interested in that I would have gained otherwise.
Who would you bring to a deserted island?
I would probably bring my best friends becasue they would keep me entertained and happy even if we were stuck for a long time.
Advice for the young GATE students
I would tell the younger students in the program to participate in as many field trips and competitions as possible because the experience is very valuable and you’ll remember them for a very long time.
