Course Request Forms by grade level
CRFs will be distributed in Course Selection lessons (see schedule above).
Incoming 9th grade CRFs will be distributed by middle school counselors (March).
10th grade CRF- coming soon!
New Students to CUSD/CHS
New Student Orientation: April 29th, 4-5pm @ Carlsbad High School
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to complete the grade level Course Request Form (CRF) posted above and email the form to your assigned school counselor. We look forward to working with you next year!
