Explore the Early College Credit Opportunities offered at Carlsbad High School!
An agreement between a local community college and high school where students are provided the opportunity to earn early college credit for their high school courses if they meet all requirements. Some of our CTE pathway courses are articulated with MiraCosta Community College or Palomar College.
Students are able to earn college credit if they enroll in an AP course and pass the AP exam with a score of 3 or higher. Please view our course catalog for our AP course offerings as well as view the AP credit policy by college.
Earn early college credit and meet high school graduation requirements by taking MiraCosta College classes that are offered to our CHS students on our campus or online.
