E20. Digital Business Bank was a digital-only bank serving the under-served micro SMEs that needed banking services for their startup business.
The product would allow for transactional banking services, issuing invoices and monitoring payments.
Atom bank was the first new bank in the UK in over 100 years.
The bank is a digital-only proposition which allows complete end-to-end digital onboarding and self-service facilitation.
Atom was also backed with a 24-7 customer UK-based contact centre with a very high CSAT score.
Tesco Bank Mobile app was developed in 2012 in conjunction with Deloitte Digital.
The app was self-serve and was released at the same time as the launch of personal current accounts.
The app was effortless for customers and thoroughly tested to offer core functionality to the Functional, Reliable and Usable base.
Bingo Godz was a revolutionary online bingo game which used HTML 5 and CSS to deliver a rich experience.
This was a departure from the Flash-based games used by Bally, as Flash usage was planned for obsolescence. Flash did not also work in the Apple ecosystem, so an alternative was found.
The game was stylistic and cartoon-looking, with a simple interface online bingo gamers would be familiar with.
Felt Gaming was a sophisticated Americana theme brand of poker games.
The games were uncomplicated in style in regard to UI and design, meaning the games were clean, so the focus was on gameplay without unnecessary decorations or effects.
The style of the games were given a slightly luxurious and sophisticated feel.
These games were primarily played on native mobile and tablet, so they were developed for iPad and iPhone on iOS.
I worked in the games industry for ten years during my early career, being responsible for Graphic Design, Concept Artwork, User Experience, User Interface, & Illustration.
I produced approximately fifteen video game titles for Xbox, PS2, Nintendo, PS3, Xbox 360, iOS, Android & PC platforms during this time.
Collaboration with key industry leaders helped to drive modern practices and project delivery confidence. Working with Mckinsey, Forester, EY, Deloitte & Accenture has ensured that modern working methods and trends are followed.
