Q: What do I do if the Chromebook is damaged?
A: If your Chromebook is damaged, please reach out to us any of the ways mentioned on the Getting Help page. Depending on what happened, you may be responsible for repair costs. See “Notice Regarding Chromebook Damage, Loss and Theft”for estimated repair costs and when they might apply.
Q: Will I be able to keep my chromebook for the summer?
A: No. All chromebooks and chargers will be collected at the end of the school year and stored at the school. At the beginning of the next school year, chromebooks will be handed back out.
Q: What if another student damages my device?
A: Report this to the I.T. department. School administration will investigate and decide what course of action is needed.
