Having trouble with your device?

• If you forgot it at home: Speak to your teacher.

• If you the battery is dead: Speak to your teacher. They may be able to loan you a charger for a short time. Go to the Media Center or D-6. They can loan you a device for an hour while your's charges. (Temporarily suspended in 2020-2021.)

If you are experiencing technical difficulties or lost your device you can:

• • Email help@cairodurham.org or ask your teacher to send an email.

  • Call the Information Technology department at (518) 622-8543, extension 59500.

  • Visit the Information Technology department in High School Room D6.
