Meeting Rooms
Each of our branches offers a meeting space available free of charge to nonprofit groups. These spaces include access to tables, chairs, and food preparation areas.
For availability at a specific branch, please contact the branch directly:
Cabell Main, Barboursville, Cox Landing, Gallaher Village, Guyandotte, Milton, Salt Rock, West Huntington
Usage Fees:
Cabell Branch: Free for nonprofits; $50 per use for for-profit organizations
Wayne Branch: Free for nonprofits; $25 per use for for-profit organizations
Staff Fee (outside regular hours): $12 per hour (or portion thereof)
For use of the kitchen facility, a $15 cleaning donation is requested but not required.
