Cabell County Public Library is a service center covering neighboring libraries in the Western Counties area. In addition to the affiliates, Cabell County Public Library serves libraries in Lincoln County as a sub hub for the statewide network. Cabell is also a service center for Mason County, but they are on a different catalog.
