A photocopy machine is available for patrons using the James E. Casto Local History Room collection. Rare and fragile items in the collection may not be photocopied. Library patrons are responsible for observing posted copyright laws.

Sending: $1.00 for first page and $0.50 each additional page
Receiving: $0.25 per page

Notary

Free notary service is available during regular business hours at the reference desk on the second floor of the Cabell County Public Library. Please contact individual branches for times and availability. Photo identification is required. Do not sign the document until in front of a notary.

Computer/WiFi

The library computers and Chromebooks are available to anyone with a current library card or on presentation of a valid identification. Wi/Fi is available at all branches without any restrictions.
