Queen’s University Belfast, Virtual Open Day Festival
Saturday 5 June 1-5pm
The aim of the event is to provide prospective students with as much information about our suite of Undergraduate courses, the University and the student experience as possible, to enable them to make informed choices. Please find attached a promotional flyer for our June Virtual Open Day Festival for circulation among your students and parents/guardians.
The format of the event will allow students to view subject talks, chat live with our course experts and students and to find out more about the range of supports services on offer. We will also be making as much of the information as possible, available on demand after the event so that it is accessible at all times.
A series of 18 subject insight talks focused on current themes and discussions around popular undergraduate courses.
For example: History - the winds of change: the Suez crisis and its impact or a session on Drama - Acting: Playing a character or being a character. What did Stanislavski mean?

“It is with great pride that we introduce the official NCW2020 film, HOPE. All our feedback shows that this film has resonated with more students, parents, carers and teachers than any film I have made over the last 20 years.
