• Your DOK must integrate your response to each of the following questions:

  • How do humans acquire language?

  • What is code switching and why is it important?

  • Why do people swear?

  • Is swearing appropriate? When, where, and why?

  • What is the takeaway message from this class, as it relates to your life?

• Self-evaluate your DOK using the appropriate scoring guide and revise as needed
