Summer Opportunities
Summer is upon us and now is not the time to put our instruments into storage.
Even if you have sent your instrument away for repairs or cleaning over the summer....there are still opportunities for you to take part in during the summer heat!
Because of the pandemic opportunities are available to us in rural Alberta that we have never had access to....no more travel to the city or out of the country...see below for what the world has to offer you.....
International Music Camp goes Virtual and FREE
While Covid-19 prevents us from physically attending the International Music Camp, you can enjoy free IMC @ Home mini master classes throughout the summer! Each IMC @ Home session is hosted by one of IMC’s wonderful faculty members and are open to anyone, so feel free to sign up for any that interest you (sessions are free but do require advance registration). All sessions will be presented via Zoom and will be proctored by IMC Camp Directors. An e-mail with the session link will be sent to registered participants at least one hour before each session begins. To view the list of sessions and to register, click here.
Learn Music Theory from an amazing young teacher in Los Angeles....
Geared to Middle and High School musicians this zoom class will reinforce what you already know and if you are interested in composition or are planning to continue with music after high school this is just what you need.
