Both the Windsor and Maine-Endwell districts are Enterprise Schoology Districts. This paid version of Schoology provides many features not present in the free version such as (but not limited to):
Student and staff account creation based on grade book (SchoolTool)
Course creation and student population based on grade book (SchoolTool)
Grade pass back from Schoology to SchoolTool online grade book
In short, the Enterprise version of Schoology takes a lot of work off the teachers hands so you can spend less time monkeying with Schoology and more time teaching.
