What to do when you or your students can't log in
What to do when you (or your students) can't log in to Schoology
From a district issued Chromebook:
Insure the student is logged into the Chromebook using his/her/their district issued account
Click the MyApps icon at the bottom of side of the Chromebook
This should launch the MyApps website, which will ask the student to log in with his/her/their school email and password
Once you have successfully logged into the MyApps website, there should be a button for Schoology
Click on that button, and you should be signed in automatically
From a non-Chromebook device
Have the student open the Chrome Web browser on his/her/their device
Visit the MyApps website/portal either by visiting the district website or by manually entering the page address: myapps.DOMAIN
Maine-Endwell: myapps.me.stier.org
Windsor: myapps.windsor-csd.org
This should launch the MyApps website, which will ask the student to log in with his/her/their school email and password
Once you have successfully logged into the MyApps website, there should be a button for Schoology
Click on that button, and you should be signed in automatically
It may be helpful to have the student log in to the Chrome Web Browser.
