What to do when you or your students can't log in

What to do when you (or your students) can't log in to Schoology

From a district issued Chromebook:

    • Insure the student is logged into the Chromebook using his/her/their district issued account

    • Click the MyApps icon at the bottom of side of the Chromebook

    • This should launch the MyApps website, which will ask the student to log in with his/her/their school email and password

    • Once you have successfully logged into the MyApps website, there should be a button for Schoology

    • Click on that button, and you should be signed in automatically

From a non-Chromebook device

    • Have the student open the Chrome Web browser on his/her/their device

    • Visit the MyApps website/portal either by visiting the district website or by manually entering the page address: myapps.DOMAIN

    • This should launch the MyApps website, which will ask the student to log in with his/her/their school email and password

    • Once you have successfully logged into the MyApps website, there should be a button for Schoology

    • Click on that button, and you should be signed in automatically

    • It may be helpful to have the student log in to the Chrome Web Browser.
