In order to work as a real estate agent in Victoria, you must be at least 18 years old and have completed year 12 or equivalent. You will also need to complete your Agents Representative Course. This is a compulsory course that covers topics such as real estate law, property management, and agency operations.

Entry Education offers the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria as:
self-paced online course ($395) OR
6-day online face-to-face workshop ($995). The workshops are held each month via Zoom.
Prior to commencing the course you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment.
You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.
