In this class, students will learn by completing a range of theory-based and practical classes. They will continue to build on their knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene requirements. They will use Design Briefs to create design solutions for healthy eating. Students will continue to develop their ability to plan and manage tasks. Students will develop food preparation skills and their knowledge of food properties to give greater consideration of nutritional needs.
In all technology practical classes, it is mandatory to wear leather school shoes for safety and protection purposes.
