English is a compulsory subject in Year 10. Students studying English will complete a range of reading, writing and speaking and listening activities to further their communication and literacy capabilities.

Text Studies – Novel and Shakespeare

A variety of text types and analysis of their conventions

Students who complete this subject can go on to study Standard English, English Language or Literature in VCE studies.
