Lifestyle Games is a Year 10 Physical Education subject designed for students who enjoy being active in a fun, inclusive, and non-competitive environment. Rather than focusing on traditional sports or high-performance fitness, this subject explores recreational games and low-impact physical activities that promote enjoyment, movement, and social connection.
The aim of Lifestyle Games is to encourage lifelong participation in physical activity by introducing students to a wide range of alternative games and exercises that can be continued beyond school. Students will engage in activities that are accessible to all skill levels and promote cooperation, teamwork, and personal wellbeing.
