Silent Reading time is a time for to practice Synergizing where we focus on relaxing our bodies, hearts, minds, and soul. At the beginning of the year, this will be only 2 minutes. But as we move through the school year, we will get to about 20 minutes of silent reading time every day. Lights off, quiet music on, and visual timer is the typical during this time.
