IMPORTANT NOTES

Additional services are to be paid on a termly basis from 2025/26, to guarantee that the activities and services can run smoothly. 

Please bear in mind that the month of September will be a separate month for activities and services. After that the payment will be on a termly basis: October to December, January to March and April to June.

Please note when you enrol for the after school activities it is for the whole academic year unless you specify otherwise. For example, if you enrol in the month of September, the renewal will be automatic for the following terms unless you cancel the service 15 days before the start of the next term.

Please note that a separate fee is charged for each activity, and it is not possible to combine activities under a single rate.

Los servicios adicionales tienen carácter trimestral a partir del curso 2025/26, para garantizar así un mejor funcionamiento de las actividades y la prestación de esos servicios. 

Tengan en cuenta que el mes de septiembre funciona como un mes separado. Tras ello se pone en marcha el sistema de trimestres: de octubre a diciembre, de enero a marzo y de abril a junio.

Tengan en cuenta que el alta en las actividades extraescolares será indefinida durante el curso escolar a menos que nos remitan la baja del servicio. 

Por ejemplo, si inscriben en el mes de Septiembre, la renovación será automática en los siguientes periodos de inscripción a menos que realice la baja del servicio (15 antes del comienzo del siguiente trimestre). 

Tengan en cuenta que se genera un cargo por cada actividad y que no es posible combinar actividades bajo una misma tarifa. 

Students who are doing Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Padel, break dance, rollerblading, skateboarding or Athletics may come in their School PE kit on the days that they have these activities. 

Los alumnos que hacen fútbol, volleyball, baloncesto, tenis, pádel, break dance, patinaje, skateboarding o atletismo pueden venir con el uniforme de deporte en los días en los que tengan esas actividades.

COLLECTION AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES 

Outside the EYFS Building

Parents should wait outside the EYFS Building for students participating in the following activities:

• Judo 

• Gymnastics (Nursery to Year 2)

• Ballet

• Snack Club

Mercadona Gate

All other activities - Parents of students doing any other activity should collect their children from the entrance leading from the Shopping Centre (Mercadona Supermarket)

If you have children who need collecting from both pick up points, please collect your children from the EYFS building before collecting others from the entrance to Mercadona. The sports monitors will always wait until all the students have been collected by their parents.

NOTA (EXTRAESCOLARES)

RECOGIDA DE ALUMNOS TRAS LAS ACTIVIDADES EXTRAESCOLARES

Cancela del Edificio de Infantil

Los padres deben esperar en la cancela del edificio de Infantil para recoger a los niños que participen en las siguientes actividades. 

• Judo 

• Gimnasia rítmica (Nursery a Year 2)

• Ballet

• Club merienda

Cancela de Mercadona

Todas las demás actividades. Las familias de los alumnos que hagan cualquier otra actividad deben recoger a sus hijos por la entrada tras el centro comercial (Supermercado Mercadona).

Si tienen que recoger a los niños por dos salidas distintas, les pedimos que recojan a los niños de Infantil en primer lugar y que luego vayan a la cancela de Mercadona. Los monitores siempre esperarán a que los padres recojan a los alumnos.

• Standard (2 sessions/week): 180€ per term

• Basic (1 session/week): 150€ per term

• Extended (3 sessions/week): 210€ per term
