What do I have to do?

Get commited to raising your heart beat in some way at least once a week for at least a total of an hour!

Examples

So many things you could do. Here are some of the most popular

  1. Be part of a club - Football, Netball, Rugby, Hockey, running, climbing

  2. Running, Cycling, Walking, Swimming. Just make sure you evidence it if you are doing independently

  3. Keep fit classes, Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts

  4. Home fitness using You Tube. Again - make sure you evidence it if you are doing independently

5. Going to the Gym. If you are not part of a class or group though, you must make sure you evidence it

6. Dance classes from Ballet, tap, modern, Street...

What cannot count

This is the clearest cut of the sections. As long as it gets your heart beat raised through physical activity, then it probably will count. Just make sure you are evidencing anything that is not part of an organised class. Remember, Dance, martial arts, yoga are all Physical activities.
