On rare occasions a Find-Me or Find-Me-Color print queue might act up on certain devices (Print previews fail to load, print preferences become unavailable or you keep getting driver errors when attempting to print). If you encounter an issue like this and all other troubleshooting has failed, this is how you uninstall and reinstall the Find-Me printers.
Open and elevated command prompt.
Type "net stop spooler", the CLI should output "The Print Spooler service was stopped successfully".
Open device manager
Delete the non-working Find-Me queues
Open regedit
Goto "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Print > Environments > Windows x64 > Drivers > Version-3
Delete all of the KONICA MINOLTA folders
Open the elevated command prompt again
Type "net start spooler", you should see the output "The Print Spooler service was started successfully"
Type "gpupdate /force"
Now the Find-Me queues should have reappeared in working condition, if not, please restart the computer.
