HDMI INSTEAD OF WIRELESS SHARING
While most of the staff enjoys the freedom of wirelessly sharing their laptops with the interactive boards, you will find that connecting with an HDMI cable will result in better quality video and more reliable viewing.
RESTART
Often, we find connection problems can be fixed by restarting, not shutting down, your computer. In rare cases, restarting the Boxlight panel may be needed to resolve an issue.
VIDEO WORKS, BUT NO SOUND
