Breakthrough Program Resource Sites

Please reach out to the relevant staff member listed below if you have an issue or question with any of these sites. As a reminder, the remainder of Breakthrough in a Box (BT in a B) can still be accessed via Salesforce but these will eventually be migrated to Google Sites.

Please note that these resources are designed for internal use only, and should not be reproduced or distributed outside of Breakthrough Collaborative.

BREAKTHROUGH'S COLLEGE ACCESS AND SUCCESS RESOURCE SITE

• This site is a central hub for all things college access and success at Breakthrough. It includes College Bound in a Box resources, the College Success Toolkit, affiliate contact information and collaboration tools, partnership information, and more. 

• New affiliate staff members can reference the “New Staff Onboarding” page to help orient them to the Collaborative’s college access and success resources and community of practice.

BREAKTHROUGH’S CURRICULUM

• Breakthrough’s curriculum resources in Literature, Math, Writing, and Science, and shared resources from across the Collaborative. 

• Breakthrough’s Social-Emotional Learning Curriculum aligned to the Human First Framework. 

• Also includes archived resources like an overview of the 2021 Curricula Project and developed resources like the Curriculum Evaluation Tool (CET).

BREAKTHROUGH’S HUMAN FIRST FRAMEWORK & RESOURCES

• This website holds all the resources related to the Human First Framework. Since the Human First Framework is a cross-departmental project, some resources linked in this website may also be found in other program team websites (e.g., BIT, curriculum).

• This website contains the resources created for training Teaching Fellows on race, equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI).

BREAKTHROUGH STARTER PACK (BTSP) SITE

• This website is a central hub for all things Breakthrough Starter Pack (BTSP) Salesforce system. It includes overviews on the key features of the BTSP system, resources with documentation and frequently asked questions, and a link to the BTSP support Portal.

COLLABORATIVE STANDARDS & PATHWAY PLANS RESOURCE SITE

• This website contains the resources and historical background for Breakthrough’s Collaborative Standards process and pathway plan creation, as well as historical data for each affiliate’s survey responses.

RESEARCH AND EVALUATION TOOLKIT

• Guidance for administering Exact Path, information on surveys, uploading student rosters, and more!
