1.Introduction about you?
My name is Chloe Robbins and I have played softball for 14 years. I am an outfielder and a slapper.
2.What/Who made you fall in love with Softball?
I fell in love with softball because I loved how every second of the game is competitive, whether it is pitch to pitch in an at bat or on the field. The energy of the game also made me love it. Everyone is always yelling and supporting each other.
3.What made your senior year different then your previous years?
My senior year has been different from other years because in my senior year I have really had to focus on setting good examples and having confidence whereas in past years I have always been a little jittery during games.
4.Favorite play from your high school career?
My favorite play from my highschool career was somehow managing to jump up and catch a line drive when we played Choctaw. I did a whole 180 in the air. It had to have been funny to see.
5.What are your plans after BHS?
My plans after BHS are to attend OSUs nursing program next fall to get my bachelors in nursing, then further down the line complete a nurse anesthesia program.
Softball regionals were a blast for our Lady Bruins as they won each game a combined 21-3 by allowing one run each game. If that doesn’t tell you how good our pitching was then you are not noticing. Lexi pitched the first game and willed the team to a run rule vs Edmond North. Then Kelsie pitched against the hosts of the regionals, Ponca City, in a 4-1 nail-biter. Allison then finished off Edmond North’s season and sent us to state with a 6-1 game that never felt close. #EAT

Bartlesville won their last game before regionals at Collinsville 4-3. The game started off poorly going down 0-3 though the first two innings. Then huge hits from Maddie Nachbor and Lexi tied the game game up scoring 3 in the 3rd. In the top of the 5th Chloe scored the game sealing run by running all of the bases as Collinsville couldn't complete a throw. The pitching came in clutch by not allowing a run after the 1st as the combination of Lexi, Allison, and Kelsie balled out again. #EAT

The Bruins dropped their first game in two weeks to Broken Arrow in a 0-3 loss. This game had some excellent pitching from Lexi, Allison, and Kelsie but it wasn't enough as the offense couldn't get it going. Allison and Kelce didn't allow any runs past the 5th but couldn't inspire the offence to score. #EAT
