The Neighborhood Jobs Trust (NJT) is a public charitable trust replenished by linkage fees from developers of large-scale commercial projects in Boston. NJT funds jobs and job training programs for low- and moderate-income Boston residents.
The following sections provide an overview of the grant cycle and accompanying documents and forms.
Open and competitive requests for applications for Neighborhood Jobs Trust funding are held when enough money has accumulated in the Trust. Please subscribe to the OWD Grantmaking newsletter to receive updates when new rounds of NJT funding become available.
Grant Agreements are typically one year (12 months) in duration. 2025 grants will run from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026
