To qualify as an ABA participant, prospective participants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Be at least 16 years of age at the time of enrollment
Not enrolled in a RAP at time of initial grant service
Reside in the service area, defined as the cities and towns served by the MassHire Boston, Metro North, and Metro South/West workforce boards.
2. Supportive Services
The attached policy outlines the parameters of using ABA funds to provide supportive services to program participants. Grantees may use up to 20% of their budget (or $150,000) for ABA supportive services.

Invoicing
Unless otherwise agreed upon, invoices are due on the second Friday after the end of the quarter (January, April, July, October). Exact deadlines are kept up to date on the Calendar page.

OWD monitors subrecipients on a regular basis to ensure compliance with federal guidelines and to better understand program successes, challenges, and technical assistance opportunities.
