Customer & Flight Ops Intern

We are hiring a Customer & Flight Ops Intern to support client operations during field deployments, including high-altitude missions, ensuring smooth communication and on-ground coordination.

Key Responsibilties

• Assist in drone setup, including pre-flight checks, launch, and safe recovery operations

• Support customer demonstrations and on-ground field trials to showcase UAV capabilities

• Coordinate deployment activities and assist in conducting customer training sessions

• Perform basic system inspections to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and prepare field reports for ongoing operations

Eligibilty

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. or any relevant technical background, Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in drones, aviation, defence, and field operations

• NCC background preferred (Army or Air Wing candidates highly preferred)

• Physically fit and capable of handling field-based operational roles

• Willingness to work in high-altitude and remote deployment locations

• Ability to multitask with a disciplined approach and strong work ethic

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
