HR - Compliance & Legal Affairs

BonV Aero is a deep-tech drone company building advanced UAV solutions for regulated sectors like defense and logistics. We are looking for law professionals to support our compliance and legal functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents (NDAs, contracts, agreements)

• Support compliance tracking, audits, and statutory documentation

• Conduct legal research on regulations and industry practices

• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal partners

• Maintain legal records, data rooms, and documentation workflows

• Support corporate governance, policy drafting, and compliance processes

Eligibility:

• LLB (final year or recent graduate)

• Internship experience in legal/compliance functions

Skills:

• Strong communication and research skills

• Basic knowledge of corporate laws

• Attention to detail and high integrity
