The Role in a Nutshell

Ever wanted to actually fly the drones you help build a career around? 

As a GET – Flying Operations, you'll be trained from the ground up to fly, maintain, troubleshoot and deploy BonV's UAV systems at customer sites across India. Think hands-on tech, real field missions, and a front-row seat to India's growing eVTOL/drone industry — not a desk job.

You'll start with structured training and progressively take on independent responsibility for customer deployments and support.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

🛩️ Fly & Operate

• Pilot BonV UAVs during testing, demos, and live customer missions — following strict safety protocols every step of the way.

🔧 Deploy & Set Up

• Travel to customer locations (including remote and high-altitude terrain), assemble systems, run checks, and get them mission-ready.

🛠️ Maintain & Repair

• Get hands-on with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, component replacement, and post-repair testing.

📞 Support Customers

• Be the frontline face of BonV in the field — diagnosing issues, coordinating with our engineering team, and keeping customer systems running.

🎓 Train Others

• Once you're confident, help train customer pilots and operators on using and maintaining the systems.

📋 Document Everything

• Keep clean records — flight logs, maintenance reports, deployment notes — so every activity is traceable.

Your Growth Path

• You won't be thrown into the deep end. Training happens in stages:

1. System Understanding— components, architecture, SOPs

2. Flying Operations — simulator to real missions

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting— calibration, repairs, diagnostics

4. Customer Deployment — independent field ownership

• Each level builds on the last, so you grow into the role with real support.

Who We're Looking For

Qualification:  

B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Robotics, Automobile, or Computer Science (or related fields)

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• Basic understanding of multirotor UAVs

•  Comfort with electronics/electrical troubleshooting

•  Exposure to ArduPilot/Mission Planner

•  Any prior UAV flying experience

What matters more than your resume:

• Willingness to learn hands-on technical work

• Comfort with frequent travel and field conditions

• Ownership, discipline, and staying calm under pressure

• Good communication
