BonV Technology is hiring an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on niche, lateral, and leadership hiring while strengthening our employer brand.
Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requisition to onboarding)
Manage lateral and leadership hiring with strong focus on role and culture fit
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, portals, referrals, headhunting)
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation to ensure quality hiring
Handle salary benchmarking and offer negotiations effectively
MBA in HR (or related field) with 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Strong expertise in lateral & leadership hiring, including salary negotiations
Proven ability to source and headhunt passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
