Senior System Engineer

We are hiring a Senior System Engineer to lead system design, integration, testing, and certification for advanced UAV platforms, requiring strong MBSE expertise and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system architecture, subsystems, and interfaces for UAV platforms

• Apply MBSE methodologies (SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, Cameo) for system design and analysis

• Lead requirements management, traceability, and change control (Jira, DOORS, etc.)

• Plan and execute system integration, testing, and validation (V&V) activities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (PLM) from concept to deployment and support

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA to improve system reliability and quality

• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, AS9100, etc.)

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and certification records

• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of UAV systems (avionics, propulsion, sensors, communication, payload integration)

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering

• 6–12+ years of system engineering experience, preferably in aerospace/UAV domain

• Strong expertise in MBSE, system architecture, and aerospace standards

• Experience in system integration, testing, validation, and certification

• Proven ability in leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
