Emailing

Any messages sent through iSAMS should conform to school policies regarding content and sender.

iSAMS has the ability to send mass emails, these are sent via a mailing system that enables us to track delivery  and reciept. Unfortunately that can mean messages are classed as spam either automatically or bu the recipient, when this occurs the systems suppresses further messages to that address. Teachers need to be aware that there is a possibility that messages listed as sent by iSAMS are not recieved by the recipient, if in doubt ask the ICT Director to check and confirm.

Parents and teachers can access messages sent to them previously using iSAMS or the Parent Portal respectively.

Detailed instructions are not included here, to avoid embarrassing errors the first few times you need to send a message via iSAMS ask the relevant Secretary or the ICT Director to assist you.
