Google Smart Canvas
This is very much a work in progress, but the aim is to provide tools that improve collaboration between users and integration between the different apps. Some aspects already in operation:
Checklists in Docs - a new type of list, which adds a checkbox before each item which can be checked to indicate completion
Smart Chips in Docs - copied for social media type an @ and then Google will suggest links for what follows. This is currently links to documents, contacts or dates, clicking on the link offers a variety of related functions for example adding an event to a calendar for a date or sending an email to a contact.
