Services Provided: Assist immigrants with their citizenship status and individuals who are trying to secure asylum or temporary protection in the U.S. It also assists immigrant victims of domestic violence. Catholic Charities Legal Services for Immigrants provides group information sessions at no charge. Legal services are provided and fees for legal counsel are offered on a sliding scale based on an individual’s ability to pay.

Servicios prestados: Ayuda a inmigrantes con su estado de ciudadanía y a personas que intentan obtener asilo o protección temporal en los EE. UU. También ayuda a inmigrantes víctimas de violencia doméstica. Los Servicios Legales de Caridades Católicas para Inmigrantes ofrecen sesiones informativas grupales sin costo alguno. Se brindan servicios legales y los honorarios de los asesores legales se ofrecen en una escala móvil basada en la capacidad de pago de cada individuo.
