Monday - 

• In class: Finished Chapter 1 Notes. 

• Homework: Finish defining ch.1-2 vocab terms you struggle with. Read Ch.1-2 (Finish by end of week)

Tuesday - 

• In Class: Took Ch.2 Notes (1/2 way finished)

• Homework: Physical vs. Chemical Change Worksheet & Substances vs. Mixtures Worksheet. Read Ch.1-2 (Finish by end of week)

Wednesday/Thursday - 

• In Class: Took standardized 'Pre-test Test'. Finished Chapter 2 Notes.  Completed Industry & Humanity Virture Write-up.

• Homework: "Skittle Science" Lab Write-up! Bring a small package of Skittles to class Friday. Make sure your laboratory composition book is in order! (ie 'Lab write-up protocol' on 1st page, the 'Bubble Lab' on subsequent pages, and then the "Skittle Science" Lab Write-Up. You will be turning in your lab book on Friday after the Lab.  Finish Reading Ch.1-2.  

Friday - 

• In Class: Completed "Skittle Science Lab". Turned in Lab Composition and Bellwork Composition books today.

• Homework: "Skittle Science Lab" Post-Lab Questions. (These questions will be transferred to the Lab book next week). Study for ch.1-2 Quiz Tuesday and ch.1-2 Test next Friday 8/11.

Periods 1 & 3: Turned in both Bellwork and Lab Composition Books on Friday 8/4. 

Periods 6 & 7: Bellwork was checked and given a grade in-class, and Lab Composition Books were turned in 8/4.
