Announcements for this Week:
Please be mindful of dress code- dresses and shorts should be no shorter than two inches above the knees for girls and boys.
Please look through the Friday folder, empty out the papers, sign any papers with a grade of D or F and return those tests ONLY to school on Monday. Please also sign the folder acknowledging that you saw the papers inside and return that folder on Monday as well. This helps you to go over the grades your child has earned.
I'm excited to meet you all for conferences this week! To help keep us on schedule, please plan to arrive a few minutes before your time so you can be signed in and available at the start of our conference time! We are room 117!
Wednesday and Thursday are HALF DAYS for conferences; there is also NO SCHOOL Monday, Sep. 7 for Labor Day

As we really get into the swing of things with math, multiplication will be a vital part of your child's success this year! Please work with your child to memorize their facts! We are sending home facts each night for additional practice. You can also utilize flashcards, apps, times table charts, etc. for extra practice!
Virtue Focus: What is Respect?
This week we'll discuss specifically what respect is and what it looks like to treat others kindly and politely. Students will also write down several ways to show respect this month!
